While walking through the PSU market in Portland this fall, Morgan was inspired by the profusion of mushrooms available. He instantly began talking about putting together the best chicken cacciatore ever using a wide variety of these wonderful mushrooms.
We’ve returned to Portland for the spring and are loving it. In addition to visiting some old haunts, we’ve discovered some new restaurants, visited a famous food truck, explored the Wildwood Trial in Forest Park, and returned to the PSU market to see an expanded offering.
The fun continued into week 2 of the 2014 Winter tour. This week we discovered Pok Pok, Ataula, and St. Jack. We also decided we wanted to return next spring for many months to continue exploring. Portland has become our new favorite city in the US.
